These sessions are designed to be easy and efficient. In order to respect our schedule for all our families, we are only offering this single set across all four of our Limited Edition Session dates.

Yes, within time constraints! We have stools, wooden crates, and chairs that we can swap in or add to the sofa already in the set. Lots of our clients like to have a combination of seated and standing family members, or focus on posing set ups that allow each person to show of their style.

Your session fee secures your spot on the calendar, reserved for your family. You may reschedule into any other available time slot if you are more than 48 hours from your booked time. Given the limited nature of these sessions, and as with all of our sessions, your Session Fee is a non-refundable retainer.

Should you have the unfortunate need to cancel, the inclusions from your original booking will be kept on file for 3 months. A new Session Fee is required to rebook after a cancellation, and you will be able to use the inclusions from your original session in addition to those in your rebooked session, as long as you rebook within 3 months.

No Shows are considered cancellations, and the studio reserves the right to decline to reschedule you for a future date. Our full terms and conditions can be accessed here.

Our standard late policy will be in effect. Please call the studio at 817-646-7226 if you may not be able to arrive on time. If you are 10 or more minutes late, your session is subject to cancellation. In order to respect the time and schedule for all our clients, we will honor start and end times for all sessions.

You are welcome to purchase as many additional images you like! After your session, we will eliminate duplicates and bloopers along with anything that isn't flattering, and upload the rest to your private online gallery. You'll choose your two favorites as your included images, and if you would like to purchase more, just add them to your shopping cart! After you check out, we will retouch your selections and make them available in your gallery within 5 business days. The sooner you make your selections, the sooner you will get your images back.

Unedited or RAW images are not available for purchase.

Sure can! We're happy to jump you to the front of the line with our $100 rush processing fee. Please call the studio to arrange for this and complete payment, or make arrangements at the time of your session.

The compact nature of these sessions doesn't allow time for Hair and Makeup on site. If you would like to have professional hair and makeup, we are happy to refer you to one of our preferred makeup artists. You'll be responsible for scheduling and payment directly with the makeup artist. We are unfortunately unable to guarantee availability. Please ensure you have scheduled enough time for your hair and makeup services and travel time to the studio to ensure you arrive at your photo session on time.

Our standard retouching includes evening out skin tone, eliminating shine, and removing blemishes. Our philosophy is twofold - we retouch images at the zoom factor that they are designed to be viewed, and if it won't be part of your face in 2 weeks, we'll take care of it. While these are high resolution images, the usage intention for a session such as this is nearly always social media sharing or holiday cards sized no larger than 5x7. If it's not visible at that viewing size, retouching will not enhance the image viewing experience.

Our premium retouching includes addressing stray hairs, skin smoothing, wrinkle reduction, teeth whitening, eye brightening, double chin reduction, and MINOR body shaping. This means things such as slimming an arm that may appear larger due to posing, tucking in a bulge created by posing, or eliminating a gap in buttons. One of our studio values is remaining authentic in retouching and presenting a polished, but real, version of you. We do not provide services to extensively slim or reshape bodies.

Please be sure all articles of clothing are neat and pressed, everyone is wearing a complimentary and coordinating color, keep patterns to a minimum, nails are a color you are happy to see preserved in these images, and everyone has footwear that you are also happy to see in your images. Custom retouching includes (but is not limited to) changing clothing, nail, or hair colors, dewrinkling clothing, and face swaps and will be quoted per image as a custom service.

We LOVE printed products and would be happy to design framed wall art or create one of our collections of prints. Our standard pricing for these products will apply.
